Technical documentation of all components required for the future execution of the project: structural, electrical, mechanical, and architectural elements with their respective technical specifications


Documentación técnica de todos los componentes requeridos en la futura ejecución de la obra: Elementos estructurales, eléctricos, mecánicos y arquitectónicos con sus respectivas especificaciones técnicas.



Permit Application



Obtaining the necessary approvals to materialize the project. Permitting procedures through the APC platform of the CFIA, with the INVU, Ministry of Health, Fire Department, and Municipalities.


Obtención de las aprobaciones necesarias para lograr la materialización del proyecto. Tramitología por medio de la plataforma APC del CFIA, ante el INVU, Ministerio de Salud, Bomberos y Municipalidades.



Construction Site Inspections



Architecture takes form through construction. We provide on-site follow-up during the building process, offering either construction supervision or site management services, depending on your needs.


La arquitectura se manifiesta con la construcción. Hacemos seguimiento en sitio del proceso constructivo, mediante el servicio de inspección o dirección de obra según sus necesidades.



INTERIOR DESIGN



Design of commercial spaces, offices, and residential interiors. This includes the explicit detailing of materials, lighting, finishes, and built-in furniture to be developed as part of the design proposal.


Diseño de locales comerciales, espacios de oficinas, espacios residenciales: Detallado explícito de los materiales, iluminación, acabados y mobiliario fijo que se desarrollará en la propuesta.
