The property was conditioned to high levels of protection and regulations by local authorities, due to national environmental protection laws, as well as the extraordinary natural qualities of the land, which include a spring of water, a creek, the exuberant primary forest cover, in addition to the steep slopes of the terrain.
Our studio generated the feasibility analysis of the type of possible development under these conditions, contributing to the selection of location, orientation, minimum environmental impact, without neglecting the requirements of comfort, space and amenities that the house would offer. We also contributed to the implementation of a fluid but climatically adapted inside/outside relationship, which would take advantage of the 360º views of its surroundings.
La propiedad se acondicionó bajo altos niveles de protección y regulaciones establecidas por las autoridades locales, debido a las leyes nacionales de protección ambiental, así como a las extraordinarias cualidades naturales del terreno, que incluyen un manantial, una quebrada, la exuberante cobertura de bosque primario y las pronunciadas pendientes del sitio.
Nuestro estudio generó el análisis de viabilidad para determinar el tipo de desarrollo posible bajo estas condiciones, contribuyendo a la selección de ubicación, orientación y al mínimo impacto ambiental, sin descuidar los requisitos de confort, espacio y amenidades que la casa ofrecería. También colaboramos en la implementación de una relación interior/exterior fluida pero adaptada al clima, que aprovecha las vistas de 360° hacia su entorno.
