Con un área interna de 500 m² distribuidos en dos niveles, la villa se adapta a la pendiente natural del terreno, creando una experiencia espacial en capas que conecta arquitectura y paisaje. El dormitorio principal se separa del volumen principal, vinculado por un puente de vidrio y madera que invita a la pausa al recorrer la casa. En el nivel inferior, una terraza resguardada emerge del terreno, formando un retiro tranquilo y sombreado para la práctica de yoga y meditación, rodeado por los sonidos de la naturaleza y la luz tamizada.
